King came out and gave me a quote the same day I called. The quote was better than I received from any other company and the customer service was better than any other company. I received updates throughout the process and they left the job site cleaner than when they arrived. Couldn't recommend this company more! I will definitely call them for all my AC/Heating needs in the future.Service: Installation

On the coldest day so far of the year, our furnace did not go on in the morning. I checked a few things I knew to look at, nothing. I called King and a service man came within a half an hour. He ascertained that the problem was in our thermostat. He got us working and said that if the thermostat fritzed again, he'd come back out to replace the thermostat and not charge for the service call. That's good business.
