The other morning, just as I was leaving for work, I received a text from my downstairs neighbor that there was water coming through the ceiling in their dining room. Eric an experienced Cheshire tech and his partner showed up within an hour of my call, and resolved the issue in 30-min. Everyone was so professional and thorough. Of course AC units quit when you have a house full of guests. Cheshire came quickly, told us the problem, ordered the part and worked to get us back up and cooling. We did do some comparison shopping and they gave us a better price by more than $500. We especially appreciate Noah for his professionalism, communication and his follow-thru in getting the unit repaired ASAP. We have since signed up for the maintenance to help eliminate some of these emergencies!
