James Thomas Heating and Cooling saved the day for my family as we came home to a hot house right before the holiday weekend in the middle of a heat wave. Luckily the repair was an easy fix for them and got the AC back on quickly. I like that even though they couldn’t answer the phone when I called they could communicate via text. The scheduler did a great job locating a technician in the area and was able to assign the technician to the job. This is the second time we’ve used James Thomas, they will always be the first call I make for any HVAC repair needs
Last Friday, my HVAC system would not switch from the heat cycle to the cooling cycle, and the temperature in my house was 82 degrees. I contacted James Thomas Heating & Cooling and was told that regrettably they were booked solid and could not get to me until Monday unless I chose an after-hours service. I opted for that and was told they would monitor current jobs to see if a technician could get to me during the remainder of business hours so I wouldn't have to engage after-hours service. I received a call back indicating a technician had completed a job earlier than expected and that I'd receive a call to have him come to my house. That call came and half an hour...read full review
