I have used James Thomas Heating and Cooling for the last 4 years. As always, excellent service! Thank you to our tech, Scotty! He arrived on time. I told him the issues we were having. He went right to work, fixed the issue and was finished in an hour. Invoice for service was very reasonable.
Great company. They installed my heating AC unit and maintain it.Always happy with them, especially since I own houses in Florida and am used to horrible service at insane prices. This company and fair and will easily earn your loyalty . Someday when all 3 of my Florida houses AC align to be replaced at the same time , maybe I'll offer to drive them down here
James Thomas Heating and cooling will be the only HVAC company I use. And Kudos to Scotty who did an outstanding job troubleshooting my issue and, really explaining and setting up my Nest thermostats to perform most efficiently. Thanks Scotty, and thanks James Thomas HVAC!
