Dependable, respectful and punctual company. Came out to diagnose my issue, found it was a zone board. Got my heat working until part came in then back out in a timely manner. Got it replaced and up and running as it should be. Thanks again Prentice, I made the right choice. ?

Hi, I just want to say a big thank you to Prentice heating and air. Their customer service team used to be Byers Mechanical which has done all of my heat and air repairs for the last 8 years. My condensation pump went out last Saturday night. I left a message and before 9AM Monday, they called me and had a repairman at my house in the next 15 minutes. By 10AM I had a new pump and air conditioning again. I'm not sure how I could have any quicker service and this has been true for the last 8 years. Larry
