We had to call them up for an issue with our thermostat shutting off. My husband is currently going through chemo and I am trying to keep him as comfortable as possible. Nate was scheduled to come out around 7:30pm and did not leave until he knew the problem was fixed. After coming into an issue, Willie came to the rescue with some nitrogen to clear the line.
