“I don’t know much about HVAC repair, but I know How to troubleshoot some so when I called them and told him I thought I had a coolant leak we made the appointment and they sent out their tech. Jeremy S was his name and what impressed me the most was his knowledge he didn’t even hook up his equipment he knelt down and looked at my unit and said there’s your leak right there within the first five minutes. And then he proceeded to fix it very quickly and very effectively and he was very nice very knowledgeable. I love learning new things I asked if I Could stay there and watch and he was completely OK with it. He even went above and beyond and was explaining to me what he was doing as he Doing it which I really Enjoy because as a mechanic myself I always like to learn. I would highly recommend Bucky Holland all of their Employees are very friendly very knowledgeable. Every time I have to call in the people who answer the phone are Very friendly and very helpful.
