False advertisement! On their website they claim they cover all these counties, but when I call, I was told they do not cover these counties. Unless you stay in Houston County, don't bother to call these folks. Or they should take down their false advertisement on the website.
We’ve used Gillman to install and service (preventive maintenance, not repair) our system. These guys really are the best. They have an extremely knowledgeable team that have chosen HVAC as a profession, vs doing it until something else comes along. They have been able to explain details about the design and operation of our system without “mansplaining” or trying to sell you something you don’t need. They are a small company, but will do everything feasible to get you taken care of in a timely manner. Also offered financing that beat anyone else in town. I called and asked for help with our upstairs unit and John said he'd be here at or after 3 yesterday afternoon. At 4:30 I called and got voice mail and left a msg. Would have been nice to have gotten a phone call back. I don't understand someone saying they will be out and then not even a phone call when they don't show.
