I have had several visits for repairs and also for maintenance and have been with Speir Heating & Air for many years. I have never been dissatisfied with their attention to detail and excellence. Marcos Paredes has been to my home on several occasions and has done exemplary repair and maintenance on my HVAC. He truly goes above and beyond and displays a courteous attitude and professional service. He spends as much time as is needed to do excellent and through work. I have had two recent experiences with Speir Heating and Air. One was a preventive maintenance visit with Sergio and the second was a service call with Jacob. Both were right on time, kept me appraised of what they were doing, were extremely courteous and were very effective in resolving my issues at a very fair price. I give them my highest recommendation and will only use them in the future.
