Joshua Morey was outstanding at making me feel comfortable, and educated on my choice of unit for my home. Wasn't at all pushy, and genuinely cared.Patrick, and his crew did an outstanding job of getting the job done. Very hard workers, sorry I forgot the other 2 guys names. Highly recommend giving the guys at Pruett a chance, you won't be disappointed.

My AC went out on me And Reached out first to another company and was told it would take 3 to 5 business days to get the part. My house was at 90 degrees and nights were horrible. I called on a Sunday and they came and fixed it on a Monday. So professional and from call rep to service man so kind. Pruett is the best!! Thank u.Services: HVAC system repair

Wow! How can I start? Jeremy Clark and team really saved my day. The staff was willing to work me in because he was in the neighborhood. Jeremy is a true professional in the business and he definitely worked to resolve our situation. Never happened before with others before like this, but that is OK.
