“Woke up early last Sunday to a humid house and realized that it was not going to be a good day. Not knowing who to call since there are so many companies. After diagnosed the issue started calling around for the part and not much luck on a Sunday. Then Bernie was the hero that day. He could not get a technician out until later that day but started explaining the issue and told I just need the part and I would fix it. Sure enough he called his technician to see if they had the part and I went to him to pick up the and by 900 I was up and running. Now I know who I am calling for
