My AC went out while away on vacation. After reaching out to AC Doctor, we received Bryant Rowell as our technician. I have to note, the communication was excellent. I was notified prior to him coming to my home both with a phone call and via text. The other thing I noted was that without prompt, he put shoe covers on prior to even knocking on the door. Not everyone does that, and it was very appreciated and refreshing to see. I have to say Bryant was the most personable and sweet person to come early than my appointed time and he did an amazing job cleaning my AC unit. I thought it might be one of the worst but he guaranteed me he’s seen worse. We now are on a subscription for yearly cleaning and maintenance. He even graciously recalibrated my thermostat so now I can actually set my temperature Easily uncomfortably. I give an A+++ to Bryant and AC DR
Great company, installed New A/c unit. Replaced all old lines. Very professional work. Worked as a team to complete alot of work in a few hours.Also they traveled a distance to come and service my house. 10/10 highly recommended.
