For the life of me I can’t remember who the techs name who made the service call for me today, but I just wanted to say I’m thankful. I sent him a personal text showing my gratitude. He diagnosed the issue before he ever set foot near the property but I couldn’t give him a definitive answer, from what the tenant had told me, to his question, so I told him to check it all. He reassured me the unit was just fine. Honesty goes a long ways to me, thanks for the service👍

Called Reece for an issue with the A/C. They scheduled a time I could be there. Alexander called & showed up early to repair the issues.
Alex showed me the issue's repaired them and was very knowledgeable. Fast/Friendly Company and will use again.
