I highly recommend Pierre Refrigeration Services!!! *** came out on a Mon. to assess our 25+ yr. old commercial refrigerator's cooling problem. Because there was a lot of ice on the top of the refrigerator (inside), *** said we needed to turn it off and let it 'thaw out'. He said to call him when the ice had melted, and he would return. I called him Tues. afternoon and he (and his assistant ****) came out in less than 2 hours! He quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem and fixed the refrigerator. I am SOOOOOO glad that I called *** for a 2nd opinion because a previous guy had told me that a part needed to be replaced, but that the part was now obsolete/no longer available (because of the age of the refrigerator)!!! Thanks to ***'s knowledge, we were able to keep the refrigerator....it is working like new! *** (and ****!) are very honest, efficient, and know what they are doing!!!!!!!!!! AND, *** did not charge me an arm and a leg...his fee was very reasonable!

Pierre went out of his way to service my commercial cooler at my restaurant. He understood how important it was to save my food from perishing! He was able to repair it at a fair cost. Another company told me I'd be better off replacing the cooler. Not so!!! I will definitely be using this company going forward.
