“I called Ryan Heat & Air this morning fully expecting to replace an HVAC unit. Cesar came to assess and recommend next steps. He asked if I minded him taking one more look at the current unit. Imagine my surprise and delight when, 30 mins later, the unit was repaired! He also assessed the other (2nd) unit and suggested vigilance, due to its age of 15. You can bet whether repair or replacement is needed I will be calling Ryan Heat & Air and asking for Cesar. The service received today was professional and more than reasonable. I highly recommend the business and the service person.“

“We were in the middle of a major reconstruction and were hobbling our 20 year unit along. Jerry Gordon gave me a quote in July. The day the construction ended in October, the old unit failed and my unit was installed the next day. For below the original quote. They installed it perfectly.I can't believe the unit. Even though this unit is a single stage and not energy star rated, I never hear it run, the app shows it has only run 7 hours in 11 days and every room is the same temperature now. I cant wait to see my electric bill next summer.I was deciding between Carrier and American Standard. Hands down American Standard. It is literally a Trane. The owner's manual actually has Trane on it.The companies selling Carrier, Trane and Goodman were way over priced. This unit has top rated components and a stainless steel heat exchanger. Titan is the only company I found that included a 10 labor warranty. Having Titan install you an American Standard is a no brainer. Full stop. Thank you Jerry. (I constructed the box around the unit after the install.).“

Michael and his technicians promptly came out and installed the kit and programmed my t’stat accordingly (dual fuel). “After having North Georgia come out Action Air and Reliable heat and air also getting quotes from two smaller contractors I am glad that we found indoor air solutions we had an aged mis matched unit in our house when we bought it and we were pretty sure it was on its last leg so instead of waiting for it to go out we went ahead and replaced it they gave us the best price and also repaired some duct work in our garage the unit works fantastic and looks great the installers were super clean and friendly people we they were as quite as could be while installing the unit and performing the work they were all extremely professional and we would not think of using anyone else for any of our future ac needs ! My ex husband had called him before to service my AC and I remembered how courtesy & professional he was then, not to mention he's local.
