Vann-Air team were communicative, fair and diligent and also very easy to get along with.

After using another Heat & Air company for over 25 years, I needed to find another company since the retirement of the owner. My downstairs unit was in need of repairs and I decided to replace the unit with a new one. This would provide me with a more efficient and reliable system. I attained 4 different estimates and received 4 very different equipment and dollar figures to replace my original system. My unit had quit working. I called and they were unable to get to me for 3 days but when they did the guys were friendly and worked quickly and left. I will continue to use them in the future
