“We own a second home near Trenton, GA. The day before we planned to leave to return to our primary home, we had a problem with our air conditioner. The fan had quit working. I called Reeves and the wonderfully sweet and helpful woman on the phone (no kidding...she's a gem) said they could send someone out that afternoon to troubleshoot. We received the text notification that the tech was on his way and about 15 minutes later, Alan showed up. He quickly diagnosed the need for a new blower motor, but said it might be a couple of days before they could get the part and install it. I explained that we were leaving the next day and he messaged that to their office. A few minutes later I got a call from that sweet lady and she explained they had a motor in stock at the warehouse but it would take a two days to get the part to Trenton for installation. I explained our situation, and even offered to wait until we came for our next stay to do the install, but she said she would see what she could do to get it fixed before we left. A few minutes later she called back and said they had tech at the warehouse who would be coming back our way and could get the new motor installed that afternoon! Sure enough, a couple of hours later, Alan reappeared with the motor and thirty minutes after that, it was installed and working.

Reeve's customer service and willingness to go out of their way to perform a timely repair is extraordinary! They will be our go to HVAC service from now on.“
