He shared the details of the Heat Exchanger inspection and CO detection as well as the condition of the furnace. He answered all of my questions to my satisfaction with the final result being the furnace is working fine... No crack in the heat exchanger, (as I was told by another company), & no CO leak(s). “Everything went great with the install and the price was very reasonable. Only complaint is the new cold air return is really loud, and the reason we had everything replaced is because the fan was so loud. Also they left big gobs of glue on the floor infront of the unit.

As soon as I posted my complaint, Jim called and is sending someone out tomorrow to fix the noise and clean up the glue. Thanks, Jim.“

John responded right away \\u0026 came to our home same day. He pinpointed the problem to a faulty circuit panel, got the part within a couple hours and installed it. “Our church's boiler was 25+ years old, having problems and requiring expensive maintenance. It was time to replace it! After receiving three quotes, we decided to award the contract for a new boiler to Atlanta Boiler & Mechanical. ABM had provided a detailed quote and answered all our questions, so we knew what we were getting.What we didn't know was the quality and expertise we would get during the installation. A crew of two technicians began removing the old boiler on a Monday morning. They neatly terminated or capped off the connections they would need for the new boiler. The installation took the better part of five days, and during that entire time, the crew worked efficiently like a smooth-running machine! A third technician arrived late in the week to connect the controls and electronics. All three technicians were neat, knowledgeable, and professional during the entire week while working in a boiler room much smaller than it should have been!We greatly appreciate and highly recommend AB&M for the great job they did supplying and installing our new boiler! “There was a problem with the downstairs heat not turning on so Amen Air was contacted to assess the situation to determine why. They determined the original install of the furnace and outdoor system was not done properly. They gave a price to address the situation and then were out the next day with the equipment for the install. They showed up when they said they would and laid out cloths from the front door up the stairs to the attic which in turn left it like they were never here upon completion besides the heat now working up and downstairs as it should. LT and his coworker Darrell did a fantastic job. They were very professional and informative of what all was taking place. LT gave us paperwork at the end which provided the warranty information for the system. My husband and I are very pleased with the entire process.
