I had problems with my AC and contacted George, who referred me to Jessica at Brody HVAC. Jessica was very helpful in finding a time that worked for me and quickly scheduled a visit with Jeffery. He came out the same day, diagnosed the issue, and found that the condenser fan motor needed to be replaced. After I approved the repair, they scheduled the replacement for the very next day. The whole process was fast, professional, and efficient, and my AC is working perfectly again. Thank you to the entire team!
The Brody team did a great job! We had a new system installed in our home. Front office communication was good. Aric, sales lead, was very helpful. Sold us the right system, showed up on installation day to confirm details were accurate and that the install was going well. And, Aric did a walk through with me the following day to ensure everything was perfect and that I was satisfied. The install team, George and Jahari, also did a great job. They were on time, ensured everything was installed as per specs, and ensured full clean up. They did a great job protecting the home moving the old/new system out of the attic. Thanks team Brody!
Brody HVAC is #1 in my book! Jeffery made a service call to check out our air conditioner. He cleaned the drain pipe, added a T pipe, and changed the filter. He did a great job! On time. Thorough and complete. Super friendly! Well, turns out he was one of my 7th grade students and I know his family! Nice to have someone you can trust to come into your home!
