“A neighbor referred Gary to us. When we reached out he talked us through some things to check before coming out. After about an hour or so, Gary called me back to see how the manual checks went. We told him we thought it was the sprinkler and the yard guy was coming. Even then he told us how to shut off the sprinkler valve and told us if it's not that to call him back. We called back later that day almost at closing and he scheduled an appointment for the next morning. He came out on time, checked everything and told us what was happening. “Water bill was ridiculously high. Called the water company to discuss it. They recommended a leak detection company. As it was, the gentleman located a leak under the slab in our family room. Not what I wanted to hear. I’ve used Ridgeway Mechanical in the past for other projects. So.Called Ridgeway Mechanical again to see if Salvador could come out and give an estimate. Made an appointment. Salvador showed up at the exact time, confirmed the problem and gave an estimate. We called back to set up the repair. Ridgeway, sets up the repair for a Saturday @ 8:00. Salvador shows up at 7:59am on the dot, does the work and heads off to do the next job. 2 hours later…. Done. Clean job. This guy knows his stuff.
