When the technician (David) arrived, he was incredibly friendly, patient, and explained everything he was going to do. Our toilet was leaking out of the bottom of the tank, and was also constantly running. Even though we were ready to simply replace the entire toilet, David was able to solve both problems in under an hour, effectively making our toilet brand new for a fraction of what other places have charged in the past.
