“Very nice experience with Jefferson Plumbing; from initial call (all costs thoroughly explained upfront by Matthew, including travel where applicable) to final repair. I called about 8:15 am and they had a team on the way literally while I was still on the phone (they’d had a cancellation). They arrived sooner than I expected given the drive time and quickly found the problem (despite me giving them bad information, lol). Michael and Anthony were professional and courteous, explained the exact price, went to get a part and had everything fixed and cleaned up… all within 4 hours of my initial call (and this included going to get a sump pump motor). Great service, I highly recommend!”
