Derrick the owner is AMAZING! Don’t call anyone else CALL HIM FIRST! He is honest and fair and acts like a father figure. He doesn’t take advantage of you and has so much integrity. We have a condo rental unit we used him for but will definitely be using him for our future house needs - as well as spreading the word to all our neighbors and friends.
