Kevin and the R&S team did a fantastic job on our basement from beginning to end. They gave us a clear timeline and pay schedule, with very little deviation from the original plan. The contractors were punctual and generally showed up when expected. Kevin was willing to work together with us on our vision for the basement and showed that he really cared about our family and our future plans for the space. There were just a couple of unexpected challenges that arose, as usual for a large project, but he walked us through all of the options and contingencies and resolved all of them with a solution that was generally better than the original plan. Very fair pricing compared to market price, and he was very easy to work with. Subcontractors were all great guys, and really made the difference by working with us from everything from the width and location of doors, to the shape of the ceilings and trays to maximize headspace. Quality of materials were always above builder grade with options for upgrades if we wanted. Everything turned out beautifully and the contractors’ attention to detail is evident. Kevin was always honest, fair, humorous, and responsive to concerns which made all the difference in our overall experience. If you’re on the fence, R&S is the right choice.

Mrs. Helen is a miracle worker! I work in the medical field and have 3 kids- I desperately needed a perm to enhance my natural texture. I called around to multiple hair salons only to be told they couldn’t do it because they close at 5, etc. I even had one salon tell me yes and then when I got there they turned me away. I had given up and drove past Ms. Helen’s salon, turned around and gave it a shot. She was more than willing and happy to do my hair and help me out. She spent her time, was very thorough and oh my god she is so sweet! While working on my hair, which took 4 hours. Yes, FOUR HOURS. She worked on other clients as well. She closes at 6 and she accepted every client that walked in until I left around 8pm. I don’t take pride in asking anyone to work past their normal hours, I felt pretty guilty. But Ms. Helen was so sweet, we joked and she told me time and time again that she was more than happy to help me. My hair is beautiful and I am so happy with it! Thanks again Ms. Helen!!

This was my first time seeing her and she listened carefully to all of the specifics that I asked for and was especially good at taking the time and care to cut my curly hair! Taylor saved my skin!! I was so insecure about skin bc I was experiencing some hormonal breakouts and dark spots before I met her. Steffanye was so amazing, light on her hands, she explained every step she was doing, she was very professional and pleasant. I hardly felt a thing!! I went to her for a Brazilian wax, then came back for a facial. I had a slow leak in a buried water pipe near my foundation wall. Paul was able to visit promptly. He quickly and accurately identified the source of the leak, explained the solution, and indicated the cost. He patiently answered all my questions, teaching me some things about plumbing and drainage in the process. I will always reach out to Paul for any plumbing needs in the future and highly recommend him to others.

We woke up Easter morning with an alert from our water company that we probably had a major leak based on water usage the last 48 hours. As it was a holiday, we called a company that offered holiday service at no extra charge. Big mistake! Two days later, we still did not have water or a solution. After viewing social media recommendations for plumbing services, we found Fuller Plumbing. Gary came out that day and diagnosed our problem. He had his crew out the next day, and within a couple of hours, we had a new water line and full service. Best of all, his charge was less than half what the other company was charging. We received photos of all the work and clearly saw the new lines and how deep they were laid. The crew was professional and respectful and even offered to carry my groceries while I was walking down our steep driveway in heels. Gary stayed after they left to make sure everything was working to our satisfaction. Two months later, everything is still great! Fuller Plumbing will be our FIRST call in the future when we need plumbing service. They are local and provide excellent, high quality service!
Brian is amazing, he answered my service call and came as quickly as he could for a hot water repair. He explained what was needed before doing it, let me watch him work and answered any questions I had. His work was fantastic and quick, he was extremely clean, and pricing was fair. They have also located and repaired leaks, repaired a leaking shower and installed faucets. From our initial contact with Carter Mason, including the initial meeting to design our replacement wall, scheduling of removing the failing wall, delivery of supplies to be used, constant communication of work schedule, skill level of the team, professional behavior of all involved, and the final cost was exactly as agreed upon which we felt was a very fair price for the level of difficulty. We even added some concrete replacement in our driveway onto the list for Carter and that was also completed promptly and efficiently. If the need arises we will definitely give Carter a call.
Kevin and the R&S team did a fantastic job on our basement from beginning to end. They gave us a clear timeline and pay schedule, with very little deviation from the original plan. The contractors were punctual and generally showed up when expected. Kevin was willing to work together with us on our vision for the basement and showed that he really cared about our family and our future plans for the space. There were just a couple of unexpected challenges that arose, as usual for a large project, but he walked us through all of the options and contingencies and resolved all of them with a solution that was generally better than the original plan. Very fair pricing compared to market price, and he was very easy to work with. Subcontractors were all great guys, and really made the difference by working with us from everything from the width and location of doors, to the shape of the ceilings and trays to maximize headspace. Quality of materials were always above builder grade with options for upgrades if we wanted. Everything turned out beautifully and the contractors’ attention to detail is evident. Kevin was always honest, fair, humorous, and responsive to concerns which made all the difference in our overall experience. If you’re on the fence, R&S is the right choice.
Eddies and his team have always been Amazing. I have utilized their services on multiple occasions. At my office we use their HVAC quarterly system maintenance which helps keep our 100yr old office nice and warm or cool! My house had extensive water damage requiring $85K of complex repairs. Insurance paid for it but I had to select a contractor. All South Restoration was recommended to me and I'm very happy that I decided to hire them. First, they identified many repair items that were missed by a professional insurance adjuster and, based on their professional estimate and reputation, insurance agree to pay for additional repairs which saved me many thousands $$$ as otherwise I would have to pay for these repairs from my own pocket later on. Second, despite complexity of the project and current shortages of materials, the project was completed on time, as promised at the beginning, and on budget which means all the house repair cost was covered 100% by insurance and overall the house looks better than before flooding. Third, quality of work and materials is great and as promised with frequent and detail communication during the entire project. Since they were recommended to me, I'm passing on my sincere recommendation of All South Restoration services for any house repair or remodeling project.

Lovebug Home and Pest Solutions has been, by far, the best pest control company we've ever engaged. He is very quickly responsive and takes enough time to treat our home, inside and out, very thoroughly. Since he has taken over our pest control, I do not see any of the usual home pests here. At each quarterly visit, our technician asks whether we've seen any pests since his last treatment. Excellent service, including his attempts to eradicate (even for just a day) the horrible Joro spider webs that plague every outdoor area on our property.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience with Golden Pine Straw. They had a person out to quote the job within 24 hours and then were available to do the work that same weekend. Existing mulch removed, weed control matting was placed, mulch replaced and additional mulch added. They made sure to remove and replace the mulch retaining stones so the fabric was underneath them.
Will be using them for any and all similar jobs in the future.

The BAM team is amazing! The communication, service, and commitment to a quality customer experience was greatly appreciated. Some of the trees removed were very close to our home, and the skill in which they take down and haul away the trees is honestly incredible. She was very thorough technically but also extremely diligent and respectful with my daughter, always asking permission from her before doing anything, it was very obvious her bedside manor created a very comfortable environment for all of us! Best dentist. Been coming here for over 10 years. I've moved 4 times and kept coming here no matter how far the drive. Cleaning appointments are scheduled almost 6 months out.
Dr. Walters in Cumming is fantastic! The office is right down the road from my home which is extremely convenient. I never have to wait in the waiting area long upon checking in, and once I'm in the chair things move swiftly and comfortably. Typically I only see him about twice a year, and luckily haven't had to go in for any major dental work or procedures. All of the assistants and hygienists that I have had have all been lovely and very accommodating. I think I usually see Lindsay, but Bria is also great. I have unreasonably large tonsils, so anytime I go in for a dental cleaning it can be a bit difficult for me to breathe. I find I have to take a lot of quick breaks for a breath or swallow. They are always so kind and offer to go as slow as needed. I also really appreciate when a hygienist isn't heavy handed when scraping and cleaning my teeth prior to polishing. The office is clean, and front desk staff is helpful and diligent when making future appointments. They always leave you with a new toothbrush, floss and toothpaste to take home with you which I always love to use when traveling. Thank you Grady Dental Care!

I used to train in a brutal sport and eventually injured my lower back. I had seen another chiropractor prior, but it was nothing like my experience with Dr. Watts. I lived with chronic pain for seven years. I couldn’t walk or do normal chores without wanting to cry. I finally found Dr. Watts. He was so thorough, compassionate and a complete expert. I will soon be able to exercise again. And for weeks now, I have been able to live daily life with no pain at all. He changed my world and I am forever grateful.

Dr. Seaney helped me out so much after my accident. My car accident left me with a herniated disc in my neck and another herniated disc in my lower back. Daily tasks were very difficult during this time of my life, but with his help I was able to feel better in a matter of months! He helped my pain go away and got my back on track to heal over time. Not only did he help my pain go away, he was a pleasure to see multiple days a week. He is very personable and it just felt like I was in the right place at the right time by meeting him. He has multiple tools to pull from and his personality is so kind and he never judges you for your accidents, his staff is so sweet and the location is central to serve our community. Our whole family loves him.
I highly rate Dr. Berman for his experience and care. The admin side was a little disappointing as he prescribed two medications but only one made it to my pharmacy and I will now need to follow up.

There was a mixup processing my dog’s heart worm test. I called customer service for help and the rep researched the issue. She apologized profusely saying she was embarrassed over the mishandling of the heart worm culture and sent several coupons including a coupon for a free retest and vowed to communicate the problem with field management. It was refreshing to interact with a company that takes ownership of mistakes. All companies have mishaps from time to time. How a company responds to a complaint separates the great companies from the good ones. Unfortunately I didn’t get her name but she earned an A plus.

Keitha and her crew did a phenomenal job with my 3 miniature poodle puppies! The pups are my fosters and they recently came into our rescue from a kennel situation and they were in rough shape. I bathed them several times and tried to get their hair knots and matted hair brushed out and I barely made a dent. They really saved the day for their meet and greets tomorrow and now I feel more than confident they will be adopted! They did such an amazing job on the fosters that my roommate asked if they could squeeze his dog in. They did so great with him! He stinks after his baths - no matter what we do … but after his bath with them he smells amazing! My roommate can’t stop talking about what a relief it was and how he can’t wait to become a regular client.Thank you so so much!

I wanted a massage today. I used to get a massage about every month or two, but haven't had one in a couple years now. There are many options in and around Cumming, Suwanee, and Johns Creek, Georgia. So, I looked at Yelp reviews to find a place worth going to. Golden Massage is closest to my home, but all the Yelp reviews are 8-10 years old. What's up with that? Despite more recent reviews of other massage places, I decided to do the local community a favor and try Golden Massage and give you all a current review. So, here goes. I had a one-hour full body deep tissue massage. Cost was $70 plus tip. My masseuse was a lovely, fit young oriental gal named Sala (maybe Sarah, but she pronounced her name Sala, like Sah-lah). It was really an all-around excellent experience. Sala asked how firm I wanted my massage, and asked a few more times during my massage if I wanted harder or softer. She was very pleasant and had a good sense of humor. She was talkative as long as I wanted to engage with her, but quietly went about her business when I decided to just silently enjoy my massage. She was very thorough and used great pressure wherever she could feel tight muscles. And when I asked her to hit specific spots where I wanted more work, she went right back to those spots. My private room was very comfortable, clean, quiet, and had nice relaxing music quietly playing. My massage lasted 55 min, but that's really normal for a 1-hour massage at most places I've been. I think the masseuse needs and deserves a few minutes to rest and relax their hands between customers. One more thing. I read several negative reviews of other massage businesses that complained about their masseuse pushing, or even demanding a bigger tip than the reviewer gave them. That did not happen with Sala. She was fun, pleasant, but most importantly, she gives you a great massage. I highly recommend Golden Massage and I will definitely return there.
I had amazing experience and heavenly feeling from full body massage! Very nice customer service, clean, relaxed atmosphere and Nicole was very professional and friendly. 100% recommend this place!!! I will come again

Amazing Service. I took the Defensive Driving course with Liz and she did wonderful. Was very insightful and knowledgeable as well as helpful. Learned things through her and drive smart that will absolutely help me and improve my driving.
