Hugh, Cindy, Quincy, and Rhett were AWESOME from start to finish. I called at 9:45 this morning and the guys were in my yard locating a completely broken water line by 10:30. Did I mention that my water company had been out this morning at 9:20 and were unable to locate the leak. I would recommend this company to everyone. They were very thorough, knowledgeable, and helpful. They showed me the broken line and discussed my options and were up front with pricing. I felt that I was treated with respect and not taken advantage of being a female homeowner. My water line was completely repaired and up and running by noon!!!! That’s what I call AMAZING service!!!… read full review

After being without water for four days and receiving several extremely high quotes from other companies, I felt overwhelmed and frustrated. I found Innovative Plumbing through the Focus on Forsyth Facebook page and reached out late one evening. To my surprise, Cindy responded that same night.
Bruce came out quickly, assessed the leak, and immediately gave me confidence that the problem would be fixed. He was professional and knowledgeable, and he took the time to answer all of my questions while he worked. The relief I felt knowing someone genuinely cared about helping us was incredible.
Excellent service from start to finish. I'm grateful we found Bruce and Innovative… read full review
