Attended my first class at Lunar Yoga today. The studio, was clean, welcoming and had all the necessary props. The instructor was clearly well trained and had excellent queueing skills. I will definitely be back soon!
My yoga journey is very sporadic, however I always feel welcome when I walk through the doors at Lunar Yoga. The owner, Mandy, is absolutely amazing. She has done great things with the studio since acquiring it and I can't wait to see her vision come to life. All classes provide modifications, if needed, which is great for me since I am not consistently practicing, and also allows for a more welcoming experience rather than having the feeling of "trying to keep up".Mandy also hosts at least 4-5 events/month, whether inside or outside the studio.
