Professional on all levels! To summarize, my attempt to fix a very small hit on my bar turned into a complete wreck of the entire top surface. The first 2 refinishers backed away from the project based on the scope of the work and their lack of confidence in properly matching the existing stain/finish. To the rescue came Zach and Katelyn! Not only did Zach display conviction that he could do the work but also fully communicated the scope of the project.The result far exceeded my expectations! Zach and Katelyn did an excellent job on my cabinets, making me feel like I am walking into a brand new kitchen! They showed the upmost care and professionalism throughout the entire process. They completed stage 1 quietly and with care, without disturbing my sleeping baby. During stage 2, Zach and Katelyn worked with me to accommodate my family needs. They paid great attention to detail, placing each door and drawer with soft bumper cushions. The new refinished color makes my cabinets more durable than they were before, and also brings out the natural beauty of my granite countertops.
