I very much appreciated the opportunity to see Dr. Kramer today because of a cancellation. Otherwise, I may have had to wait a couple of weeks for the original appointment they scheduled for me. Dr. Kramer and her staff were very welcoming and she explained what they needed to do to address my broken molar and my treatment plan after having been away from my prior dentist for over two years. In addition, Jo Ann wass very helpful in explaining the upcoming charges for my crown work.
I mean - hey its the dentist and how great can it be? But these guys are the best. Dr Swain does the best crown work. She is quick and efficient. They are always on time. When you have to go to the dentist I highly recommend Dr Swain and somebody tell Dr. Short that he does the best implant work and he can never retire!!
I have been scared of the dentist for years just bad experiences. I have been working on my self and knew it was time to work on my teeth is the next step. I came to cumming dental and associates by a recommendation and was scheduled with Dr Ryan Brown I couldn’t be happier with my experience with him he made me feel so comfortable and at ease that is a big thing for me. I have never once felt judged there the staff has been wonderful from start to finish. I can’t wait for the full mouth restoration so far just with my temporary bridge work my teeth look amazing.
