There are so many great things I can say about FLEXFIT, but here's all you really need to know: Tricia ROCKS and is the real deal with therapeutic massage and Reflexology. Don't pass them up!

Theresa is part of my "village" that is helping me get stronger and just basically feel better. Sometimes it hurts, but it's a good hurt. I'm grateful for everything she has done for me in my wellness journey.

What can I say... Been seeing the gifted hands of FlexFit for years and they always find what is ailing me. Even fixing issues I didn't know I had! Most recently they helped solve a lower back nerve problem that no one else could figure out. I can't see how to I'd stay fit without them!!
