Vann's Ferry was where I brought my cat to for yearly check ups, emergencies ect...
Dr. J has my utmost respect. He went in on his off days to check up on my severely sick cat and would call me on the weekends to give me updates. Unfortunately, my cat succumbed to her illness. After that, the whole staff mailed me a handwritten letter saying how sorry they were for my loss. When the time is right, ill bring my next pet here again. RIP Xena
