“I wish there were more than 5 stars on these reviews because Robby & his team deserve at least 10 stars!!! Robby’s Heat & Air are always prompt & punctual. Their level of technical expertise is exceptional. I called Robby yesterday to clean and check out a condensing unit that had been flooded during last weekend’s floods on the Clearwater Road. Expert Technician Billy came out this morning, jumped into action and was done before lunch. Now the unit looks like new and works perfect. Charges were very reasonable (no complaints there). I use Robby’s exclusively to service my heat pumps and I have never had a negative experience.“

“Our Ac has stop working and we have called a different company to check out and they diagnosed it might has a leak. So just fix it. Knoxville AC installed unit and have warranty 1 year but they tried to postponed and said : wait till summer and turn on ac to see if that’s problem. We waited and now warranty not even passed 1 year ( 1 more week) and they refused to warrant. Charge 400$/ free on gallon ( cost only 50-80$). Very dishonest and scamy business. Highly not recommend .“

“I called and Jennifer was VERY helpful. She told me that it would be over a week before they could get to us for our plumbing issue. She sent me a recommendation for 2 other plumbers that may be quicker and told me to let her know if they couldn't make it.“
