The technician (Brandon) was extremely knowledgeable of what our problem was (age of equipment -HW Heaters) and offered a couple of options while also suggesting options that we could consider.

In the end the TK & Sons team had the experience and wisdom from the first interaction to have me provide them with pictures of our system, and they came prepared with 2 new AO Smith systems.

Whether we decided to make a complete system chageout or not, they came prepared, which from having 34 years in the sales & services industry was just remarkable.
