While I did have pause working at an hourly rate and if this would end up becoming more expensive, the mindfulness and work ethic is obviously anchored in his military background...the work produced was an incredible value. Work for reference: Deck integrity improved, outdoor kitchen repaired, shower finishing details beautiful, AC units assistance, pool mechanics and even the app support, wall decor, door fasteners, kitchen sink repaired better than when moved in.
