“If you’re reading this, get the extended warranty from your hardware store when you buy a water heater! The people here are very nice.. Responsive.. But I wish they charged by the job and not the hour. It becomes stressful! The technicians (Especially the second one) are Very knowledgeable. I never get mad at people for being capitalist… However, it comes to the point where it’s almost better to buy a whole new water heater, and that shouldn’t be the case for a simple part. There’s so much technology that it tells you what is wrong with it by the code on the water heater. (Diagnostic should cost about $50 in my opinion!) I will always buy the best warranty and the extended warranty for now on! I would definitely hire this company again if it wasn’t for the prices.. But this is a capitalist society we live in. I don’t have anything bad to say About tri-care… The problems that I have is with lowes Not them. I read reviews so I like to give them to help people as well.“

“Darius and Michael of "The Clean Plumbers" team were absolutely amazing! We had a main drain clog caused by an improperly installed connection of our home to the city sewer, our whole house was backing up. They hand dug a 7 ft deep 5 ft long trench to access the pipes. Removed the unconnected pipe , cut the broken terracotta connection. Attached the proper fittings and cleared out the debris with a roto rooter, They contacted the city sewer dept. on an emergency basis just in case. “I recently had an unfortunate experience during a family get-together at my house. We had the air conditioning running full blast, but with the humidity outside and people constantly going in and out, the AC drain pipe from the condensing unit on the second floor started leaking. By the time we went to bed, we had no idea that overnight, the leak would turn into a major water problem. The next morning, we woke up to find that the kitchen and living room ceilings had been almost completely destroyed.

Not only did they fix the ceiling and handle all the repairs, but they also came up with a smart solution to relocate the AC condenser, ensuring that this wouldn't happen again in the future. Israel diagnosed the problem first and then proceeded to tackle the issue, having to employ various pieces of his equipment to get the job done. “I’m a procrastinator when it comes to calling for professional help on things that need to be taken care of. But recently a basement wastewater pump attached to my basement bathroom seems to be going off every several hours when the room is not being utilized. Before it would be once or twice a day but now the frequency was getting to me. Luckily, my HVAC guy highly recommended Blue Boxer plumbing and so I decided to give them a call. The first positive point goes to them for actually having a live person answer their phone (I expected a voice recording to request me to leave a message). I explained my situation and was highly surprised to hear someone could be out to my home within the hour (Second positive point since I expected to just make an appointment). Not only was Charles at my door on time but took the time to hear my concerns and looked at all the possibilities to my problem. Turned out to be a leaky toilet tank flapper and valve. I also asked if he had time to check on my other toilet in the main bathroom as well as unclog the bathroom sink, which he said was no problem at all. I must say I was extremely impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, and down-to-earth explanation as to his procedures. All systems are now up to normal. I mentioned to Charles I would be back in touch again with other small projects that were not immediate problems since I was quite pleased. “Pope replaced our 50 year old water pump today. They were very knowledgeable, and dealt with some unique issues (the previous owners put a brick walkway over the pump, not to mention the difficulties involved in having overhead trees in the way and a pump that had been submerged for 50 years). They replaced the pump and the piping; they even replaced the brick walk as best as they could, and charged a very fair price for 4 men, two trucks and 5 hours. We highly recommend them. We have great water pressure and much better smelling water as well!“
