“I love that they sent a text with a pic of the tech! Nice touch! We were lucky enough to get Austin was our guy! He was prompt, professional, courteous & knowledgeable! 4 things that can NOT be understated when it comes to having a stranger in your home doing anything really! He went above & beyond to clear a stubborn grease clog & if I owned a business, I’d want my people conducting themselves like this young man! It wasn’t the cheapest in town but it wasn’t cost prohibitive either! He also noticed our aging water heater & made sure to give me a heads up on that which is nice because that stuff can get away from you until it’s too late! Overall great experience with a good, local, & reputable company! Men like Austin are why we’ll keep using Friend’s plumbing!”
