“FC Mullis Plumbling recently replaced my hot water heater. They did excellent Work, the problem is their pricing. They charge $125.00 for service Call, and $150.00 and hour for labor. They worked approximately11 hours total = $1650.00.
New Water Heater = $675.00
New Floor pan = ?
2 X 4 4 foot long = ?
New Circuit pan for switch box = $77.00
PVC pipe less then 10 ft = ?
Box of screws to brace the flooring = ?
This a two man crew, the Owner and 1 helper.
Every 5 minutes or less the owner had to stop working to answer his phone, but this time is not deducted from the labor time.
I was given a non itemized bill for $3468.88.
Although he does excellent work, I would not recommend, because you do not know what kind of a bill you will get.
I personally think I was charge from $600.00 to 800.00 to much.“
