“MJ Rodriquez and Octavio installed the tile in our Master Bathroom. They had to create a door trim and match some broken tile around the jacuzzi tab. They did the Most Perfect Tile Job I have ever seen.It is Beautiful. The area always clean after each days work. I am now going to have them back to do a new Shower upstairs and correct the float (water flow) of anther shower floor.

“FC Mullis Plumbling recently replaced my hot water heater. They did excellent Work, the problem is their pricing. They charge $125.00 for service Call, and $150.00 and hour for labor. They worked approximately11 hours total = $1650.00.
New Water Heater = $675.00
New Floor pan = ?
2 X 4 4 foot long = ?
New Circuit pan for switch box = $77.00
PVC pipe less then 10 ft = ?
Box of screws to brace the flooring = ?
This a two man crew, the Owner and 1 helper.
Every 5 minutes or less the owner had to stop working to answer his phone, but this time is not deducted from the labor time.
I was given a non itemized bill for $3468.88.
Although he does excellent work, I would not recommend, because you do not know what kind of a bill you will get.
I personally think I was charge from $600.00 to 800.00 to much.“
