HELP! That's what we said when the sewer backed up in the bathtub and the shower! It was a true plumbing emergency! I had called several plumbers who were very nice but couldn't get to us right away - and we couldn't live with sewage backing up into our house! Then we found "Black Ops" Plumbing on the BBB site, so we knew that he was licensed & insured. The owner, Anthony, answered the phone - after a short, friendly phone consultation, it was Black Ops to the rescue! A few short hours later we were up & running again. They even gave us some recommendations to keep the problem from occurring again. We were most impressed because we were talking to them about another job and they actually told us that our utility company might be able to save us money on that job- even though it meant that they might lose the work themselves. Black ops plumbing is amazing! Quick to respond, and great service overall. They were very thorough and actually took the time to educate on what happened and what needs to be fixed. These two are great, we will be using them in the future again and will tell our friends and family! You won’t be disappointed.
