Fast and efficient and reasonable. Water heater went out 3 days before we were to leave out of town. Was there within 24 hours and replaced it in a hour and a half, including cleanup and haul away of old unit. Installed a commercial grade unit at a lot less than other quotes I received. Would highly recommend.
The plumber was spot on time, friendly and skilled on the custom plumbing job. We had to move water lines, raise slab foundation and align for the soaker tub. Big job made easy, I suppose the name is appropriately used.
I used them to install all new fixtures in a guest bathroom sink, faucets, and drain and a valve, control, shower head, drain, and cover plate in my tub. We also used them to install a new toilet. After a couple weeks we noticed the toilet had a little play in it. Wasn’t completely flush. The seal had to dry for a few days before use so it wasn’t visible and you wouldn’t notice it unless you sat down. Called them they came out that day added a few more toilet shims free of charge which resolved the problem. Quick , easy and friendly. I will definitely use them again when I get around to replacing the same items in my other bathrooms.
