Absolutely the BEST air conditioning service we have EVER had in our 24 years of living in the Tampa Bay area! Thank you Brian Sr. for a great initial contact to see if we would be utilizing the services of Northside for a new A/C install because our older unit had lived out and beyond its warranty. Brian knows his air conditioning facts and comes across in an honest and direct manner. I started service with Northside last year when my previous company was neglecting my units and overcharging me. Since working with Northside my unit has worked incredibly efficient. Lorenzo my technician is not only the consummate professional but he guides you through the service call and explains EVERYTHING! I have total trust in this company and have even referred them to neighbors. The best testament of their service quality.

Lorenzo and Will both came out to help fix a problem i was having with my heater. Both were very friendly and dedicated to getting the issue resolved efficiently. The office staff is also pretty friendly too.
