I called at 250pm asking for help with a clogged toilet. Andrew arrived at 330pm to try to fix my clogged toilet. He went above and beyond to try to help, but sadly the issue is in my septic system. I definitely recommend Optimum Plumbing! 😊

I’m retired military and one thing I learned after 23 years of service is “what right looks like.” Optimum Plumbing is EXACTLY what “right” looks like. Professional customer service at ALL levels. Courteous and friendly people that take pride in their work - they do what they say, and say what they mean. No surprises, no hidden fees or agendas - just good work and interaction with their staff. We recently had Optimum install a new shower head, faucet, drain. Andrew was on time, explained in detail and answered all questions. We’ve been using Optimum Plumbing for various plumbing concerns for over 10 years and every time they’ve been on time, professional, and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.
