The XFormer workouts are hard, challenging, and exactly what I want out of a workout. I leave every class feeling pushed in the best way. I also love that I can get an amazing workout in and out efficiently, which makes it so much easier to stay consistent. The classes fly by and I genuinely look forward to going every time. “This was my first experience at a Pilates studio and it has been a great experience. I started 3 months ago and it was the best choice I made. I began with an Intro class, a few private lessons, and then moved on to 1.0 class, and am now attending 1.0 and 1.5 classes 4 times per week. The website is very easy to navigate and book your classes, the instructors are ALL very good. I have not had one instructor I didn't like - shout outs to Briley, Diana, Charlie, Makenna, Leslie, Lauren, Kelly Ann, and Cora - and a big shout out to the owner/manager, Lauren, who runs the place very efficiently. The studio is clean, the classes are on time and most importantly, the instructors do not make you feel uncomfortable, uncoordinated or unbalanced - they are always there to help. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Highly recommend.”
