Breaking Barre
“I am so grateful to have found Breaking Barre! I’ve been a member for several years and always look forward to the fun and challenging workouts they offer. The instructors are so encouraging and the variety of classes, movement and music keeps me motivated to take multiple classes weekly.
I recently experienced some knee pain from a trip that involved hiking many miles daily for a few weeks. As soon as I got back and resumed my barre classes again, my knees immediately began to feel better! It felt so good to really stretch my legs in the Barre Core and Stretch Class, then during a Bounce Class on the mini-trampoline my knee pain went away completely and has been gone since. Bounce Class was actually the best thing for it, with an additional bonus that it’s a blast to do! I highly recommend it, along with all of their other classes?”
Inspirit Yoga Studio
“I've been practicing yoga my entire life, have been to most yoga studios surrounded Palo Alto. No studio is better than the few classes I took here; probably because this is a school with new constant knowledge and ongoing improvements. I was really happy with Brian who teaches on Saturday at 10am, I highly recommend him along with Nicolas Daurio whom took me into his social group the first day. Kara, the owner is doing everything right here. I also experienced a intense healing meditation class with Jean who helped with my inner peace. I bought a $300 package and was pleasantly surprised when they issued me a refund when I told them my situation. To top it off, this place has massage therapy that, believe it or not, was better than my treatments at the local Ritz Carlton.Thank you for all the support and healing. God Bless.”
