Upon my initial visit to her for chronic low back pain, Jessica did a thorough evaluation. It was immediately apparent that she had a deep understanding from her years of experience as to the causes of my problem and which exercises were needed to address it. She is very energetic, works extremely hard and has a deep concern for her patients. We are lucky to have such a talented Pilates instructor in our area.“
“I have been going to Beach Bodies for over 5 years, but they recently sold and it's very dirty and the machines are all torn and the owner charges your cards and forges your signature on his contract. I went here to see if I would like it and I found it very clean and the equipment is in great shape. There was also blocks and yoga tools in the class room. I really am looking forward to checking this place out.“
