Update: I've continued to use Immaculate Air for service and maintenance throughout the years, and they've continued to provide great services. Unfortunately, our unit did its time, so we had to replace it. Immaculate Air installed our new unit, and we remain pleased with their services. The workers were punctual and worked fast and efficiently. We were back up in running in a few hours. The financing options were also seamless. 10/10!“

“I had an ongoing AC issue with my compressor. At first I called an AC company competitor who wanted $1400 to put in 2 capacitors that cost maybe $40 to buy. This is literally a 5 minute job and $1400 was a ridiculous rip off. Typical of these AC companies in hot months.

I called Jim Rott. They came out the same day, checked the entire system, and replaced the needed parts for less than $200. I will call Jim Rott from now on! They handle other jobs besides AC units. They are now in our community HOA vendor directory as a reliable brand!!“

“These guys did a great job, they are veteran owned and treat you with respect, with the help of Habitat for Humanity and the Indian River Veterans Council i was able to recieve a Grant from the John's Island Foundation to replace my old unit with a brand new 1, I was with central AC from July 3rd til September 3rd when they were finally able to get approved. “I cannot say enough good about this company and the owner.He came and gave an estimate and it was true to the prices he advertised. No upselling, no last minute additions.He personally came out for the install and stayed till it was done. He had incorporated Donnie's AC service with the install. They are a team.My air handler stand had rotted out. They replaced it got only $200 and it is a beautiful carpentry job.They installed a new thermostat that I had purchased.They totally cleaned up every bit of debris. It looked as if they were never there except for the beautiful quiet new AC unit!His prices are true to his estimate. He is honest and informative and had a sense of humor.You cannot go wrong getting your AC needs completed with Wholesale Direct!It's now the end of November and a follow-up post is in order. My unit runs quietly and efficiently. My electric bill is lower! Which is all great news but also important is the fact that the owner was they for me after the installation.Alan made sure that we got a larger heating unit than was onboard the unit bcuz the original one would not have properly heated our home. He didn't have to bring it up, let alone install it. And we only paid for installation which was just a little over $100.Additionally we had an electrical anomaly shortly after installation on a Sunday and not knowing if it could be related or not, I contacted him and he walked me thru the possibilities of why half of the house had no electricity. And he was correct. I got FPL it here and my problem was solved.In all my years of business interactions, I've never met anyone that cares about his business and his dealings with people like he does! I cannot speak highly enough about Wholesale Direct AC!“

“I don't care what other reviewers say about this business, I'll say that right off that bat. They are honest that's what I get. When Chris, the owner himself, showed up he did not go right into salesman mode like the previous two a/c businesses we called did, he first wanted to know what was wrong and went into testing mode and if a repair was able to be able to be done first, that impressed us. It was not repairable (really bad corroded compressor fitting due to a hidden joint going bad). He gave us an option to replace the condensing unit with a year warranty which the others did not do and three other total replacement options with two brands with multiple options. Not just pigeon holed to one brand only and no extra options. Once we made a good decision we called back that same evening expecting to leave a vm instead he picked right up and was happy to talk, recognized me right away and put us on schedule for two days later. Did not need to put money down either, just pay us on completion which we gladly did. They were back as promised, did all the work, hauled the old equipment away, cleaned up everything, house went from 89° back down to normal and life is now good again thanks to them.
