I’ve had two HVAC replaced with brand new within a year. I got two quotes and chose Smith Services. They squeezed into tight spaces. They have made many repairs and often show up to service the old and the new. We live right on the beach and the salt water wreaks havoc with rust. Recently we got the newest toughest AC that was sprayed in factory to protect from salt.Very happy with this company.Highly recommended.Services: HVAC system maintenance

This is the ONLY company you even need to consider. My A/C went out after 2 1/2 years. It was put in by another company. When I called them they said that Lennox had changed their platform for the unit and it could be up to a month before they would get the part. That was it - END OF STORY - never heard from them again. I called Smith Services and they got to work. Within 24 hours they had the part (a new compressor) and had it installed.
