Absolutely amazed by the attention to detail by the install team. Purchased a Rheem heat pump system and I was shocked to see the extra steps taken during the install. Once the job was finished the garage and inside was completely cleaned. Mike Brown/co owner was first on site the morning of the install and returned as the install was being completed.
Mike and I checked each component to insure the scope of work completed as agreed.
Kudos to the install team and the team leader.
Five stars for Stephen at Smith's Heating & Air Conditioning! He has been doing my bi-annual AC checks and he always goes above and beyond. Truly exceptional service, and I am so grateful to have such a trustworthy technician.
Can’t say enough about the quality, speed and value provided by John, Fran and Mindy of Smith Services for us on our new HVAC installation and clean up.
Special thanks to John for his interaction and taking on a last minute service of our second system a late game request. Super pricing.
