Bates was friendly and quick to respond. They came out the next day to give us a quote. In less then a week they were able to come out and complete the job. We even purchased the maintenance plan with them. When it was time for our routine check, they called us to make an appointment. Great service!
Steven and his team are awesome! They installed a whole new unit, air handler and air ducts in our home. Steven was very thorough and answered all of our questions and concerns while trying to decide what size unit we needed. Everyone there is always super friendly. I had Bates Air and Heat do a preventative service check on our HVAC system. I saw a special they had on Nextdoor and set up the appointment. Great communications, and the technician showed up right on time. I ended up signing up for a twice a year contract to have the system checked and cleaned. I was impressed with their expertise, and thoroughness checking our system. I had previously had it serviced by another company, and their tech was only here about 15 minutes, so if anything was checked it was minimal. Bates' technician checked everything and was here about 45 minutes. He gave me a recap of everything he did. Very happy so far.
