I had a "Factory Authorized" Contractor in Vero replace my old A/C system 2.5 years ago, with a brand they recommended. It was obviously damaged in shipping, but they didn't notice, they installed air handler with a cracked drain pan, found it dripping water in the A/C closet, had to get a new pan, remove the unit, replace the pan.Now, 2.5 years later, it's not heating or cooling, called the same Contractor, was told they were "So busy with Commercial accounts, you may want to call someone else." Came out and did a routine maintenance. Found an issue why the ac system has been struggling. Great office staff and professional technicians. Will definitely use again for any ac work!!
