I have been a loyal Colkitt customer for 30 years now, 24 of which have been in my current home.
My A/C stopped cooling after hours and I called for service. Charlton responded within 20 minutes and arrived 15-20 minutes later. He was professional and polite, quickly diagnosing the need for a new capacitor and replacing it, all within 25 minutes. He also ensured that the exterior door leading to the unit was locked with the key before he left, which I especially appreciated.
I feel grateful and blessed to have Colkitt as my a/c company and Charlton as my service technician!
