I expected a straightforward diagnosis, and they indeed identified the issue with my portable A/C's cooling unit quickly and explained that a faulty thermostat was to blame. It took about an hour for them to replace the part, and the unit has been functioning well since.
Out of nowhere, the thermostat stopped working, plunging us into discomfort. The technician was here within the hour, pinpointing the issue swiftly and fixing it efficiently. Now, everything's back to cozy, and I couldn’t be more relieved!
From start to finish, the technician was prompt and professional, efficiently installing my new thermostat in just under an hour. I appreciated the clear explanations, which made using the new system a breeze. Highly recommend!
