Becky, Lenny, Marcin & Zane were understanding and cooperative throughout the entire process. Lenny was friendly and honest. He spent multiple hours with us and guided us about the advantages and disadvantages of having certain things and later gave us a reasonable quote.

After the remodeling project was completed, we felt like changing a few things in the bathroom. When we texted Lenny, he replied to us within a few minutes. Even in his indisposed condition, he replied to us right away and forwarded our request to Becky. Surprisingly, within a few minutes, we received a call from Becky and scheduled an appointment to take care of our request. The very next day, as per the appointment time, Marcin came & replaced what we requested. This shows that Luxury Bath is very caring, considerate and cooperative to fulfill the needs & requests of customers.

“Thank you Miguel and Eddie for such professionalism! Thank you for calling 45 minutes before you were supposed to come to confirm that we were expecting you. Both of you went through the checklist to confirm what was expected. What we got was a lot more! Each one worked in their own area by walling off the area with plastic and tape, making sure that any debris and paint did not get anywhere it was supposed to. By doing that, their clean up was fast. Our drywall ceiling was reinforced with screws and patched or replaced and painted. They did such great work that you can’t tell that there was ever a problem!
