I submitted a request for a quote online on Sat evening and by Sunday Troy was calling to coordinate details. Exceptional correspondence and execution – Troy helped in expediting all phases of permits, roofing, solar, and even helped with realtor requirements. Detailed contract and updates throughout each process. Roofing team were very skilled and cleaned the area at night. Solar team is extremely proficient and skilled. Joe uninstalled solar in record time and stored in a safe place for later install. Jim re-installed solar after roofing was completed. Jim carefully measured exact placement of panels and methodically checked each panel for connectivity – and he provided update and photos on the progress throughout the day! Exceptional.
