“We were getting our ducts cleaned just for maintenance. We had no smell, no problem. During the cleaning the tech found a dead bird in a main line. It must have been new because we did not smell it yet. He said in 1 week our whole house would have stunk. He removed it, cleaned the area, and sanitized it. We were lucky. This is why you clean even when you think it’s fine. They prevent problems you don’t know about yet.“

We had a minor snag early on with communication. Make sure to be clear with your requests and that all are on the same page when it comes time for the scope of services contract. The office staff is very pleasant. Scheduling was easy. I had a courtesy call and the techs arrived right on time. Both techs were extremely professional and knowledgeable. I learned a lot about my system just chatting with them. We ordered a part. Within a couple days I received a call for install schedule. Again, the tech arrived right on time.
